This form should be completed by Team Captains/Reps to register their roster and add their team to the league. Once completed, individual players can register to join the roster with their existing jersey numbers.

27 Regular Season Games + 2 Additional "Winter Classic" Outdoor Games

1 Guaranteed Media Weekend

7-10 Seeds will Participate in "Play-In" Single Elimination Game and Top 8 Playoff Seeds are Guaranteed a Best of 3 Series

Facilities - Kinex, Jarome Iginla & Mark Messier Arenas

Outdoor Games - Feature Weekends with Media Team, including highlight reels, plays of the day, mic'd up players and catered food & beverages.

Mid-Season All-Star Game - Two rosters of 14 will be nominated as All-Stars to participate in a 4 on 4 game after the Christmas break. These rosters will be made up of 8 Forwards, 4 Defense and 2 Goalies per side and will be voted on by the players within the league. Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 2 representatives at the event.

Team Launch Party - All teams will have a season kickoff party hosted by the league to launch the inaugural season

Starts September 4^th and runs to April 12th

Max 10 Team Division - Teams that have played in the range of Division 3-8 in other leagues are welcome, as well as any team that feels they would be closely competitive within this spectrum. Teams are required to email Zach@hometownmenshockey.ca first to ensure fair competition and consistency for the division.

No early weekday games! Game nights are on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and will be held at one of Kinex, Jarome Iginla or Mark Messier Arenas in St. Albert

Playoff format will involve a one-game play-in between 7 v. 10 and 8 v. 9 teams to determine final playoff positions, with the 1 through 8 seeded teams being guaranteed a best of 3 playoff series. The 2^nd round will also be best of 3 games and the finals will be a best of 5 games.

Choice of Week Night Option - On a first come, first serve basis, teams can pay an additional $500 to select one of Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday as their game slot choice. At least 75% of their regular season games will be allocated to this selection.

Player Insurance - Players CARHA insurance is included in team fees and will be active for the entirety of the season

Taxes: 5% GST will be applied to your registration.
Pay Later: Payment is not required to complete registration and can be made later.
