Jasper Classic 2026 - Player Registration

This form is for players attending the 2026 Jasper Classic occurring January 2nd-4th, 2026.
Players must complete the form with their proper name, number and position to register for the team they will be participating on at the tournament. Please join your team by no later than January 2nd to be eligibile for the weekend's games.

All players understand that by registering for the tournament they assume all liability & responsibility for participating at the event. Any injuries, damages or loss that occurs during the games or off the ice at the event are assumed by the participants and the league/host is not liable. Players are encouraged to wear all protective equipment including visors and mouthguards for their own safety.
