We are excited to kickoff our 2nd Hometown winter season beginning September 3rd. We look forward to welcoming back former players, and introducing new ones to the Hometown experience. 

Please complete this player registration form to join your existing roster for the upcoming year. Please ensure you provide the correct jersey number and information for accurate stats throughout the year.
